Who Is Mia Lailani?
Mia Lailani’s musical journey began almost before she could speak — singing “No One” by Alicia Keys from her crib at just 2 years old. Raised in a family deeply immersed in music and creative direction, she grew up surrounded by recording sessions, songwriting, and the realities of building artistry from the ground up. Since 2015, she has worked closely alongside her brother and producer, Devan Ibiza, forming a collaborative creative partnership rooted in the culture and energy of The Bronx. Together, they’ve spent the last 10 years developing a sound that blends pop, R&B, and hip-hop with emotional honesty and experimentation.
Now stepping into her 20s, Mia is entering a more defined chapter of her artistry — one shaped by confidence, self-awareness, and a stronger understanding of her identity as both a young woman and an artist. Her music acts as a personal journal, reflecting the highs, lows, heartbreak, growth, and freedom that come with evolving in public and in private. With every release, she continues refining not only her sound, but the world and brand surrounding it.
Grounded in storytelling and emotional truth, Mia prioritizes feeling over trend-chasing, creating music that feels warm, reflective, feminine, and fearless. At just 20 years old, she’s only at the beginning of what promises to be a lasting and deeply personal career.
